As a healthcare coordination platform, we collect information that you provide to us such as name, contact information, passwords, and security data. We also collect health-related data you share for the purpose of medical consultations and health tracking. This includes access to your microphone and camera for telemedicine video and audio calls, as well as access to your photo library for uploading medical records.
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. This includes facilitating telemedicine appointments, processing payments, and securely storing your medical records.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. All video calls are securely transmitted using encrypted channels.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact us at hello@mymedpal.net. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request, subject to legal requirements regarding the retention of medical records.
